Herby Whyne brings his 18 years of experience as a professional fighter and trainer of some of the best kickboxers in the world.

Kickboxing is a combination of boxing and martial kicks.

During this class you will learn all the kickboxing techniques, skipping, punching and kicking the focus pads and the heavy bag, and lots more.

This course helps develop strength, endurance, flexibility, confidence and weight loss.

Boxing provides an excellent cardiovascular workout for the upper body while toning and building strength.

For pleasure or competition, you will learn all the techniques in boxing... skipping rope punching the heavy bags, focus mitts, foot work, and many other techniques.

Great for coordination, weight loss and conditioning.

ABS-OLUTELY IN SHAPE WITH BODYFIT !
